Substitution Policy
Wren reserves the right to make substitutions of flowers, greenery, baskets, wrapping papers, fruits, soft-toys, and any other material used in our flower arrangements with others of equal or higher value should there be an unavailability of original materials. Flowers are seasonal, and sometimes there will be a lesser harvest in a week, but we will always try to match the best flower for the bouquet.
Collection of Personal Data:
We value your privacy and will only collect personal information required for our services. In the course of transactions, we may collect your name, contact information, demographic information such as postcode, preferences, and interests, and other information for our business purposes.
Use of Personal Data:
We may use your personal data to improve our services and products, including product delivery, internal record-keeping, business development, and promotional emails about products, offers, or other information relevant to our business. We may also use your data for market research and contact you by email, phone, fax, or mail.
Data Security:
We are committed to protecting your data and have implemented suitable standard operating procedures and safeguards to secure the data we collect online.
Opting Out, Access, and Control of Personal Data:
You have the right to opt-out, restrict, or revoke the collection or use of your personal data. If you wish to do so, please contact us in writing. We will not sell, distribute, or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law. If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us, and we will promptly correct it.
Sender Anonymity and Disclosure:
We respect your privacy and offer you the option to remain anonymous except in circumstances where personal information is required to complete an electronic transaction. We will not disclose sender/customer information to the recipient unless requested or approved to do so by the sender/customer.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
We strictly do not accept any refund/returns or cancellation for same-day delivery order.
Any cancellation or change of date needs to be informed at least 3 days in advance with our customer service care line via Whatsapp.
Any cancellation, return or refund orders that have been fully paid cannot be refunded in cash terms or bank transfer. However, a voucher/ WREN credit will be issued to the customer. The credit can be used with no expiry date.
A refund may be issued at our absolute discretion on a case by case basis. As flowers/ bouquets are highly perishable items, we do not accept returns. Returns will only be made if the flowers are in very poor shape or forms which was caused during the delivery process.
Receiver/Sender are advised to inform us immediately if the item received is in poor shape (within 2-3 hours upon receiving). WREN will not accomodate to any complaints/reports made the next day after receiving to ensure fairness in judgement of the flower. Prior delivery, all items will be captured to ensure the flowers/bouquets are in good condition, kindly ask for a photo if you need any further clarification.
WREN is not responsible if the receiver refuses to accept the item. No refunds will be issued to any customers in such circumstances.
Peak Season Price Adjustment Policy:
During peak seasons such as Valentine's Day (14th February) and Mother's Day, the demand for flowers is high and the prices of certain flowers, especially Roses, may increase significantly due to global demand. Therefore, Wren Florist reserves the right to adjust prices accordingly during peak seasons. We will adjust the prices of our products 2-3 weeks before the peak season, and will only accept orders from our designated collections for delivery during the peak season.
Please note that prices for our products are subject to change without notice, except for orders that have already been placed and confirmed by us. Prices displayed on our website during peak seasons are valid for orders that are to be delivered during the specific peak season only. Any orders placed before or after the peak season will be charged at our regular prices.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Force Majeure:
Wren shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials ("Force Majeure Event"). In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Wren may, in its sole discretion, either suspend its performance or terminate the affected order(s) without liability to the customer.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Wren, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the use of our website or any products purchased through our website. Wren shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of records. Wren’s liability, if any, shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Payment Methods:
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. Bank transfer can be made to xxxBank account number.
